Transforming Houston's Work Life Since 1988

Mediation is a non-litigious method of resolving disputes.

The outcome of Mediation often allows conflicted parties to arrive at a resolution that is mutually acceptable.

This alternative form of dispute resolution is facilitated by a trained, neutral third party.

Mediation places control of the outcome in the hands of the parties directly involved in the issue. Over the years this type of Alternative Dispute Resolution has developed an excellent track record of success, and is widely accepted as an indispensable alternative to litigation.
